Professional Background & Training

Inner Healing Hypnosis Clinic was born from my own journey through depression, anxiety, panic attacks, and emotional overwhelm.

After seeking support through both conventional and alternative approaches, I discovered hypnosis as a powerful tool that helped me create meaningful changes in my mental health, emotional balance, and relationship with myself.

This personal transformation inspired me to become certified as a Clinical Hypnotist Facilitator through the University of Toronto and to become a credentialed member of the National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH). It also led me to embark on a new career path with a deeper purpose: helping others explore their own healing journeys with compassion, awareness, and inner strength.
