Designed for clients who are ready to go beyond a single hypnosis session and commit to meaningful, lasting change, this personalized hypnotherapy program supports deeper transformation through a progressive, guided process.

Over a minimum of 5 customized hypnosis sessions, we work together to build momentum, strengthen positive changes, and address the deeper subconscious patterns behind unwanted habits, emotional blocks, stress, anxiety, self-doubt, emotional eating, smoking, or limiting beliefs.

Each 90-minute hypnotherapy session is fully personalized to your goals, helping you create more emotional clarity, confidence, calm, self-control, and long-term inner change.

This program is booked for one individual and provides consistent support, guidance, and accountability, allowing real transformation to unfold step by step—not just at the surface, but at the root.

At Inner Healing Hypnosis Inc., hypnosis and hypnotherapy sessions are offered as supportive, complementary services designed to promote relaxation, personal growth, emotional wellness, confidence, habit change, and self-improvement.

Hypnosis is not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other licensed health care treatment. Inner Healing Hypnosis Inc. does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition. Clients are encouraged to consult a qualified health care professional for any medical, psychological, psychiatric, or health-related concerns.

Results may vary from person to person. While many clients experience positive benefits from hypnosis and hypnotherapy, no specific outcome or result can be guaranteed. The effectiveness of hypnosis depends on many factors, including the client’s openness, participation, commitment, and individual circumstances.

Clients remain fully aware, in control, and responsible for their own choices, actions, and decisions during and after each session. Hypnosis is a collaborative process, and the client’s active participation is an important part of the experience.

By booking or participating in a session with Inner Healing Hypnosis Inc., the client acknowledges understanding the nature of hypnosis and hypnotherapy and agrees to use these services as a complementary approach to personal wellness and self-development.

We understand that unexpected situations can happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please use the “Reschedule or Cancel” link found in your Square Booking confirmation email or text message.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to a 25% session fee, as this time was reserved especially for you.

Inner Healing Hypnosis Clinic offers flexible payment options for your convenience. Payments can be made by e-transfer, credit card, debit card, or cash.

Please note that 13% HST will be added to all listed service prices.

To receive the full benefit of your hypnotherapy session, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

If you arrive late, your session may still need to end at the originally scheduled time. If you are more than 20 minutes late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and may be considered a late cancellation or missed appointment. In this case, a 25% session fee may apply.
